The wind direction changed to the Northeast, bringing cooler temperatures, but also ocean moisture. The nearby mountains were once again shrouded in fog, so I decided to hike here in Old Trail. It wasn't supposed to start raining until early afternoon, but there was a heavy mist in the air this morning that didn't feel like rain, but nevertheless, got everything wet. I only hiked for a while as most of the brids were hunkered down. I was surprised to see a late season Indigo Bunting, as I thought they had migrated south already.
